Personal Statement

"During my twenty years in private practice I have found my dual training to be particularly valuable in helping people adjust mentally and physically to their conditions and in regaining a sense of control over their bodies and their lives. I incorporate a variety of techniques including relaxation, diet and exercise as well as cognitive work in my practice.

As a trained hypnotist, I incorporate hypnosis into treatment when, along with the client, I believe it will be useful. I also use hypnosis for weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety reduction and phobias among other issues."
